WHAT AWAITS YOU AT UMLANI BUSHCAMP…?

An African safari camp – atmosphere – private
Located in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, an area of 10.000 hectares, this is a true African experience. Relax by the pool, or rest in the hammock. Enjoy the view and the game from the bush bar, built a couple of metres off the ground. The staff is very friendly and capable and adds to the very fine atmosphere this camp has. The food is well prepared and very delicious.

Game drives – early mornings – late afternoon
With experienced and capable Shangaan guides and trackers in front, enjoy the bush and the
animals as the sun rise and colours the sky rosy and orange. Enjoy large groups of elephants, meandering along while eating. Get up close and watch the tired lions after a hard night of hunting.
Return to camp for a complete hot breakfast, filled with awe after the morning drive.

Late afternoon you board the Land Rover and a few hours later; watch as the sun sets with a drink in your hand. After dark the guides turn on the spotlight and find and point out the nocturnal animals, which could be a leopard. Return to camp and sit around the fire before a three course dinner is served, delicious and inviting. As the day comes to an end, fall asleep to the sounds of the African night.
