Keith Hendry - Denmark
Keith was born in 1970 and raised on a game ranch in South Africa, spending his childhood roaming the bush fishing and hunting. He began hunting at a very early age, shooting his first animal at the age of 6. During his school holidays Keith was actively involved in rehabilitation of game and raptors, as well as game capture and translocation.
After completing military service as a Corporal and instructor, Keith moved to Zimbabwe where he spent the next two years working in the safari industry. Following his apprenticeship in Zimbabwe, Keith was offered the opportunity to hunt in Tanzania.
Until recently, Keith lived and worked in Tanzania as a Professional Hunter and Safari Guide. He has guided hunting, wing shooting, fishing and photographic safaris in many African countries, but has spent most of his time in Tanzania where he worked full time as a Professional Hunter and Photographic Guide. He has an extensive knowledge of the country and its diversity of fauna and flora and speaks Swahili fluently.
Keith is also an avid fisherman. He has fished and guided trips in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, Gabon and the Seychelles. Wing shooting and wildlife photography are also one of his passions.
With his many years of experience in both hunting and tourism in Africa, and having worked as a guide, Keith knows how important it is that our clients get to experience the safari they expect. Keith now lives in Denmark with his wife and two sons.
